1. Introduction & Acceptance

4. Account Management

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet held in your own name. y99999 does not accept third-party deposits. Where y99999 identifies a deposit originating from a payment source not registered to the Account holder, the deposit will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation. y99999 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors or blockchain network transaction fees.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

6.3 Withdrawal Method Restrictions

Winnings derived from a deposit made via a specific payment method will, where technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. y99999 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal where it deems this necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers made available on y99999 are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game conditions as published in the individual promotion terms. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that specific offer.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using a bonus in a manner designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting using platform bonuses"); placing bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine betting intent; and coordinating with other users to exploit bonus terms. y99999 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

7.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Upon completion of wagering requirements, bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash subject to any maximum bonus cashout limit specified in the promotion terms. y99999 reserves the right to cap the withdrawable amount derived from any single bonus promotion.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on y99999 are final once confirmed. It is the responsibility of the user to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager. y99999 is not responsible for errors made by users during the bet placement process.

8.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds on y99999 are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. In-play odds may change rapidly; y99999 is not liable for discrepancies between odds displayed during the bet placement process and final confirmed odds where these result from normal market movements.

8.3 Voided Bets

y99999 reserves the right to void bets where: an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; there is a clear and obvious error in the published odds (manifest error); the bet was placed on a market that was offered in error; or the outcome of an event is subsequently found to have been subject to corrupt influence. In the case of voided bets, the stake is returned to the user's y99999 Account balance.

8.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit will be reduced to the stated maximum, regardless of the confirmed odds and stake.

9. Casino Games

All casino games available on y99999 — including live dealer tables, slots, and arcade games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer products, real physical game elements streamed under controlled conditions. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are made available in the game information panel of each title.

13. Limitation of Liability
